Mike Bristol

Co-Founder & President


Mike is the official publicist and marketing manager for Syracuse University head basketball coach Jim Boeheim and his wife Juli, as well as Syracuse University head football coach, Dino Babers. He is also the project manager for Los Angeles Lakers star, 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist, and SU great Carmelo Anthony.

Mike directs the fundraising for the Jim Boeheim Foundation and is the director of the Jim Boeheim Fantasy Camp for men 35 plus.

In addition to his work with current coaches and athletes, Mike has worked with many SU Legends in their post careers by developing advertising campaigns, charitable events, tournaments, endorsement contracts, broadcasting work and more.

Mike’s previous company, 7 Enterprises Sports Marketing helps local and national companies create advertising campaigns and reaches out to celebrity athletes and coaches for speaking engagements, appearances, and endorsement opportunities.

Mike also has more than a decade of professional sports broadcasting experience in radio, television and online. Bristol is the host and founder of the “New York Yankees Show” on ESPN Radio 97.7 and 100.1. Bristol is also creator and host of ESPN’s, “Inside High School Sports.” Besides ESPN, his voice has been heard on Time Warner Sports and Syracuse.com.

Mike lives in the greater Syracuse area, where he serves on his local school board and enjoys coaching youth sports.

Tony DeSorbo

Co-Founder & CEO


Prior to forming Elite NIL, Inc. with Mike, Tony was a Managing Director at Manning & Napier, an investment management firm. Tony was a leader at the firm for over 20 years, holding sales and management positions.

During Tony’s tenure, Manning & Napier grew from approximately $7 billion in assets under management (AUM) to over $40 billion in AUM. Manning & Napier went public in 2011 and is listed on the NYSE.

As the Managing Director of Sales, Tony and his team worked to build long-term client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, professional athletes, coaches, endowments, and institutional clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

Tony and his family live in the greater Syracuse area. He and his wife focus much of their free time working on philanthropic causes.

Tony serves on the Board of Amigos de Jesus Foundation, which supports a children’s home and school in Honduras. They currently sponsor five Congolese students to attend local Catholic schools on scholarship.
